Lakehurst Elementary School Proudly Recognizes Teacher of the Year!

Lakehurst Elementary is proud to recognize one of its dedicated early childhood educators, who has been helping create positive first school experiences for young learners since joining the district in January 2019. Prior to coming to Lakehurst, she taught and managed at Little PALs Preschool in Howell after graduating from college in 2014. Inspired by her own childhood experiences, she pursued a career in education with the goal of making school an exciting and welcoming place for all students. Her passion for preschool education developed early in her career, and she quickly discovered a love for working with young children during their first years in the classroom.  Outside of the classroom, she enjoys spending time outdoors, hiking, and cheering on the New Jersey Devils. She and her husband also enjoy spoiling their pocket pittie, Zara.
