New Jersey Student Learning Assessment (NJSLA)

The New Jersey Student Learning Assessment (NJSLA) marked its first administration in 2019 and provides standardized assessments for English Language Arts, Mathematics (NJSLA-ELA/Math) and Science (NJSLA-S).

Renaissance Testing is utilized for grades Kindergarten through 6th to measure proficiency in the areas of Reading and Math, tailor instruction, as well as to encourage students to read for enjoyment through the Accelerated Reader Program. All students are assessed a minimum of four times per year.
