Teacher of the Year

Each year the Lakehurst School Community selects a staff member who exemplifies what it means to be a model educator, who consistently focuses on the needs of each individual student and plays an active role in the school community.  This year, an individual was nominated for going above and beyond her daily teaching practices, her flexibility, and eagerness to collaborate with others.

It has also been noted that this teacher is friendly, consistent, and  extremely organized.  One of the nominations summed up this individual by stating, “Success is the only option she affords in her drive to educate her students.”  It is a great honor to announce this year’s Teacher of the Year.  Please join me in congratulating…
